January 2019 Reading Wrap Up aka the month I read 31 things

jamuary.png

So this is a fun one, and this is also the only time in my life that this is going to happen so I’m going to celebrate it. I started off the month by reading a bunch of really great stuff and I’ve just been in the mood to read, which is really exciting. So on the 9th I decided to challenge myself to read 31 things this month. Didn’t matter what they were, I just wanted to see if I could read one thing for every day of the month and I did it! I originally didn’t want to read as many poetry collections as I did, I mean I wanted to read them but not to complete the goal if you know what I mean? But then my mental health took a very serious nosedive (it’s still pretty awful if we’re being honest) and I needed to do some catching up. I’m actually writing this wrap up right after finishing my last read with 20 minutes until I have to leave the house because I’m about to do a midnight shift! I took no naps so that I could meet my goal, if that’s not dedication I don’t know what it? Okay. That’s it. Here’s all the things I read!

The rest of my monthly wrap up and haul will be posted tomorrow, just seemed a bit much to have it all in one post!
