And we’ve made it to part five! This is basically the halfway point! This is a pretty solid roundup if I do say so myself, I see some of the covers and am like “ohh wait it’s pretty I want it” but do I really? No. No I do not. Luckily I’ve been reading a bunch of really great things lately so I’m not as tempted to keep many of these. If you want to let me know your thoughts on any of these then please do! And if you want to check out the first parts of this series then they are linked right here! One. Two. Three. Four.
Mind Games (Mind Games #1) by Kierstin White
I bought this one because I love Kierstin White but like, I just don’t want to read it at all. I remember hesitating in the bookstore because I don’t like these types of books but then I bought it anyways. Why.
Angels on Sunset Boulevard (Angels on Sunset Boulevard #1) by Melissa de la Cruz
I used to love reading these types of books when I was a teenager (rich girls and drama and romance and UGH I lived for The A-List Series and the Private Series) but I’ve definitely waited too long to read this one. I don’t even remember what it’s about, and I do love Melissa de la Cruz, but nah.
Broken Hearts, Fences and Other Things To Mend (Broken Hearts & Revenge #1) by Katie Finn
I thought about buying this one for so long and then I finally did and I just don’t want to read it. It sounds like it has too much suspense and I don’t need that in my life.
Belzhar by Meg Wolitzer
I think that I’d probably enjoy this one but I don’t see myself getting around to reading it anytime soon so there’s no point forcing it.
The Pale Assassin (Pimpernelles #1) by Patricia Elliott
I’ve had this book for a very very long time, and I did actually start it once, but I couldn’t get into it so it can go.
Saving Juliet by Suzanne Selfors
Probably a fun book but I don’t care. I gave myself a year to read it before ditching it and that was two years ago soooo.
The Devil’s Queen: A Novel of Catherine de Medici by Jeanne Kalogridis
Another one that I bought forever ago and was super excited for and will now probably never read. I think at this point I’m just a lot more interested in reading non fiction about a lot of people instead of novels.
The Secret Diamond Sisters (The Secret Diamond Sisters #1) by Michelle Madow
See reasoning for Angels on Sunset Boulevard.
There’s only two that I’m considering keeping from this stack which really isn’t bad! I think I might need to set up a system to keep these ones aside to see if I actually do want to read them. Would probably make sense.
Pride and Pyramids by Amanda Grange & Jacqueline Webb
This one just sounds really fun! And it’s kind of short! And I like the cover! I mean I also feel like it could be a complete and total disaster but I might give it a shot anyways.
Foretold: 14 Tales of Prophecy and Prediction edited by Carrie Ryan
I love short stories and I love a lot of the authors that have stories in here so I think this might be a pretty solid one if I feel like reading it. I’m not always a fan of a prophecy but I think this could be good. I don’t know.
