Long Weekend E-Book Haul

Untitled 1.pngI needed a different title since I’ve used both “ebook haul” and “another ebook haul” already so here it is! I’m not 100% certain which holiday is was this weekend, I think it was Victoria Day? Either way, I got an extra day off and some really exciting books on sale! There’s only a few here but I thought it would be fun to talk about them anyways!

The first one that I was so excited to see was A Curse So Dark and Lonely by Brigid Kemmerer. I’ve seen so much hype surrounding this one and I’ve been wanting to read it since it came out. I’d definitely prefer to read this in a physical format but I’m not going to say no when it only cost a couple dollars. I’m pretty sure that I’ll get to this one pretty soon so that’s really exciting.

The next one, and one that I almost ordered a copy of the other day before I got distracted (thank goodness), is The Falconer by Elizabeth May! I’ve wanted to read this one for a really long time and I actually put it on my yearly TBR so now it’s one less book that I have to buy to finish up that list! I’m so excited to read this one since I’m a sucker for a good faerie story.

Untitled 3.pngAnd finally I bought all three books in a trilogy, specifically the Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard Series by Rick Riordan. I have only read one book by Riordan before this but I know that everyone loves their books so I figured it was worth it since they were so so inexpensive. I’m really glad that I got all three because I’ve already read the first one and I loved it! It’s just a really fun middle grade story and I can’t wait to read the next two.

So there we go! My tiny but exciting ebook haul! I know that there was a bunch of other really exciting things on sale this weekend as well, so let me know if you picked up anything exciting! There was another one that I was thinking of buying on Monday but apparently it had quality issues so I decided to pass on it. I can’t wait to dive into the rest of the ones that I did buy though!
